This coming 1ST Semester, SY: 2022-2023, the Adamson University will implement a physical and flexible learning modality called “PhysiFlex”, a modified approach to flexible education utilizing face-to-face discussion as its primary learning modality with a combination of online and offline learning.     AFTER ONLINE ENROLLMENT

    Our acceptance of your scanned documents signifies your temporary enrollment with us and such shall be deemed official upon our receipt of your original credentials. You may submit it personally or send it via courier at Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, Adamson University, G/F Cardinal Santos Bldg., 900 San Marcelino St., Ermita Manila. For the undergraduates, your Certificate of Enrollment (Class Schedules) with Assessment of Fees will become available only upon submission of all the above mentioned original hard copy of your compulsory requirements on or before July 15, 2022.

    Meanwhile, upon your temporary admission, you are duly expected to adhere to the academic policies and guidelines of your college and the rules and regulations of the University.

    • FRESHMEN
      1. Original copy of Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal.

    • For those students who graduated abroad and using International Curriculum, all documents must be duly authenticated/ apostille from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.

  2. DOWN PAYMENT:

    Settle the non-refundable down payment of Php5, 000 following the guidelines indicated in the enrollment portal. All payment transactions made after the allotted period for Online College Freshmen Enrollment will not be considered as a down payment except expressly allowed by the Registrar. A separate payment of Php10, 000 is required as acceptance fees for International Students.

  3. ID PROCESSING

    • For Online Classes, a temporary e-ID will be issued.
    • Official Student ID will be available upon resumption of In-person classes.

  4. NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

    Attendance for the freshmen orientation is mandatory. Schedules of orientation will be provided by the Office for Student Affairs (OSA).

  5. CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL OF ENROLLMENT

    For Cancellation or Withdrawal of Enrollment, the student must email the Admissions Office (admission@adamson.edu.ph) to secure a Withdrawal and Cancellation of Enrollment Form (F-ASRO-104 (03-01-17). However, cancellation made within the first week and second week of classes shall be charged 25% and 50% of the total school fees respectively. If the student withdrew his/her enrollment beyond the second week of classes, he/she will be charged all school fees in full, regardless of whether or not he/she has actually attended classes. The down payment shall also be forfeited.

  6. ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT

    Freshmen students will undergo an academic performance assessment any time, during the semester of SY 2022-2023, with their respective Program Heads for academic intervention and guidance.

  7. IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

    • Adamson University respects the confidentiality of student’s personal data in accordance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
    • Applicants must adhere to the regulations of the school against membership in unrecognized fraternity/sorority and of sporting exposed body marks or tattoos.
