Adamson-Ozanam Educational Institution, Inc. is recognized as one of the top educational institutions in the Metro and in the country. AdU pays homage to its roots – the Adamson School of Industrial Chemistry – founded by the institution’s namesake, Greek chemist Dr. George Lucas Adamson. It specializes in industrial, scientific and technical programs having Engineering as the home of its flagship programs, but also extends to further academic disciplines, namely Applied Sciences, Medical Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business and Theology.

The University was converted into a Catholic institution after the Congregation of the Mission (CM), also known as the Vincentians, acquired the rights to the school in 1964.         1. Back to back copy of the 2nd or 3rd Quarter of Grade 12 Report Card (DepEd F-138).
        2. Clear copy of the applicant’s unedited 2x2 picture (white background, collared shirt) for the temporary e-ID.
      • TRANSFEREE
        1. True Copy of Grades (TCG)*
        2. Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials*
        3. Certificate of Good Moral Character*
        4. Clear copy of the applicant’s raw 2x2 picture (white background, collared shirt) for the temporary ID

      • FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
        • FROM ABROAD (Freshmen and Transfer Student)
          1. Copy of the Official Transcript of Record/Scholastic Records by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
          2. Photocopy of passport data page containing the student’s full name, date and place of birth, passport number and photo.
          3. 2x2 ID picture with white background.

    • AFTER ENROLLMENT

      As part of your permanent record, submit all the original hard copy of the following required documents personally to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office (ASRO) or send it via courier at Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, Adamson University, Cardinal Santos Bldg. 900 San Marcelino St., Ermita, Manila on or before August 17, 2021:

      • FRESHMEN
        • Original copy of Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal.
        • Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character (with the school seal)
        • Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate
        • 2pcs 2x2 ID picture

        For those students who graduated from abroad and using International Curriculum, all documents must be duly authenticated/with apostille from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.

      • TRANSFEREE
        • Original True Copy of Grades (TCG)
        • Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
        • Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
        • Original PSA Birth Certificate
        • 2pcs 2x2 ID picture

        For those students’ study abroad, all documents must be duly authenticated/with apostille from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.

      All the required documents must be put in a long, brown envelope for submission.

  2. Down payment:

    Settle the non-refundable down payment of Php 5, 000 following the guidelines indicated in the enrollment portal. All payment transactions made after the allotted period for Online College Freshmen Enrollment will not be considered as a down payment except expressly allowed by the Registrar.

    For International Students, an additional payment of P10, 000 is required to settle the acceptance fee.

  3. ID Processing

    • A temporary e-ID will be issued upon submission of the 2x2 picture.
    • Processing of the physical student ID will take place when face-to-face classes shall resume. Schedules will be announced by the Office for Institutional Development and External Affairs (IDEA).

  4. Freshmen Orientation

    Attendance for the freshmen orientation is mandatory. Schedules of orientation will be provided by the Office for Student Affairs (OSA).

  5. Academic Assessment

    Freshmen students will undergo an academic performance assessment any time, during the semester of SY 2021-2022, with their respective Program heads for academic intervention and guidance.

  • Adamson University respects the confidentiality of student’s personal data in accordance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Applicants must adhere to the regulations of the school against membership in unrecognized fraternity/sorority and of sporting exposed body marks or tattoos.
