Procedure for tuition fee payments at Philippine National Bank (PNB)

The Philippine National Bank accepts tuition fee payments for both college and Basic Education Department (BED) students. In all transactions, please do not forget to write correctly the 9-digit student number for college students and/or the 8-digit student number for BED students.


1. Over-the-counter payment for non-PNB depositors

a. At any PNB branch, fill out the deposit/bills payment slip and write “Adamson University” as Account/Merchant’s  Name.

b. Write down the student number in the space provided for Policy/Plan/Reference Number.

c. Write down the student’s name in the space provided for Policy/Planholder’s  Name.

d. Write the amount of cash or check payment.

e. Get and keep the validated slip for future reference.

 

2. Auto-debit arrangement and internet banking for PNB depositors

a. Auto-debit arrangement: This can only be arranged at the PNB UN Avenue Branch, located at UMC Building, 900 UN Avenue, Ermita, Manila.

b. Paying tuition via Automated Teller Machine (ATM): Payment can be done through any PNB ATM machine nationwide. Simply locate “Adamson University” on the screen under the Bills Payment section and key in the amount to be paid. Get and keep the transaction slip for reference.

c. Paying tuition by internet, phone, or mobile banking:  Users must enrol the desired banking facility at any PNB domestic branches or through the PNB website.

 

3. Payment via remittance from abroad (PNB Direct Wire Transfer)

Wire transfer-remit your payments to:

*Kindly disclose the name of the student and the student number in the Details/Instruction portion of the wire transfer.

 

Important reminders for PNB payments:

1. For all payment transactions, particularly for those paying through wire transfer, make sure to write the correct student number to avoid erroneous crediting to the account of the student. For any adjustment or correction, contact the Cash Management Office at (02) 524-2011 local 145 or (02) 523-5784 or email your proof of payment to cashier@adamson.edu.ph.

 

2. For easy tracking of the overseas remittance, kindly email a scanned copy of the validated wire transfer slip to the Cash Management Office at cashier@adamson.edu.ph.

 

3. Always keep a copy of the validated payment slip, transaction, or wire transfer slip. In case of unrecognized payments by the bank, please present the validated slip to the Cash Management Office for verification. Present the slip prior to the scheduled examination  period to claim the special permit or to the assigned Computer Lab for enrolment confirmation.

 

4. Payment of tuition fees must be done at least one (1) banking day before the scheduled enrolment or examination day.
