Registration Guidelines for Participating Schools

For trouble-free and well-organized registration to the 27th PACUCOA General Assembly, all participants are asked to carefully follow the guidelines stated below.

Step 1

Click the "Register Here" button located below for registration. Kindly save and print the approved registration form for reference.

Step 2

Pay the Registration Fee thru:

A. Over the counter at
Security Bank - Katipunan branch.
Account Name: PACUCOA, INC.
Account Number: 0662-016073-001

B. Kindly provide the following information in the deposit slip:
  1. Clear copy of deposit slip
  2. Name of Institution/School
  3. Name of participant/s

Step 3

Send the clear copy of the machine-validated deposit slip through e-mail: pacucoafinance@gmail.com or Fax (02) 426-0089
Note: Kindly write in the deposit slip the contact person of your school together with his contact details for clarification purpose.

Step 4

Visit the Registered Participants page of the general assembly website for confirmation of your registration after payment. Only paid registrants are guaranteed of seats, kits and meals.

Note: No refund is allowed.
