The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) is currently looking for volunteers to help monitor the country’s first automated elections as it happens. PPCRV is the designated citizen’s arm of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

PPCRV will come to Adamson to recruit precinct poll watchers and technical assistance group poll watchers. Precinct poll watchers must be registered voters in their respective precincts and must be computer-literate while volunteers wishing to join the technical assistance group must also be registered voters and should have a background in information technology or computer science.

A training session is tentatively scheduled for March 11. College students and employees are encouraged to join and those who plan to attend the training are advised to pre-register at the Office for Student Affairs.
