Instructions on photo session schedules for students graduating in March 2010
1. Photo session schedule in on a “first come, first served” basis. Students must come to the studio and sign up for their schedule. Only 40 students will be accommodated each day.
2. If students do not show up on the day and time they originally signed up for, they will be asked to sign up for another schedule.
Should students miss an appointment for the third time, they will be accommodated only after all students have finished.
3. The studio will accommodate other students ahead of schedule only if there are vacant slots for the day. This occurs when another student misses his/her appointed schedule.
4. Photo shoots will be held from 8:30 AM-12:00 NN and from 1:00-4:00 PM only.
