Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Handle all incoming call inquiries, complaints and ad-hoc request from customers, this includes processing of booking, amendment and cancellation received via telephone and fax
  • Effectively manage customer interaction, identify needs and offer solutions

Workforce Management Administrator

Requirement:

  • Responsible for data entry, maintenance and reporting of the workforce management database, as well monitoring network performance on a real-time basis and making necessary adjustments to staffing and communicating changes and updates to operations and support groups

IT Applications Engineer

Requirement:

  • Design, Develop, Test, Implement and Support Application Systems

IT Developer/Associate

Requirements:

  • Provide assistance in the design, development, testing, implementation and support of Application Systems
  • Troubleshooting & maintenance

Accountant - Management Accounting

Requirements:

  • Oversees weekly & monthly P&L
  • P&L consolidation and analysis
  • Budgeting

Accountant - Central Payment

Requirements:

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of payment processing in compliance with company payment policy
  • Review vendors statement of accounts & vendors agency report to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner

Officer - Credit & Revenue Accounting

Requirements:

  • To monitor, identify and reconcile payment received in various bank account for further posting into the system
  • To ensure payments are in compliance
