Technical Support Representatives

  • Completed 2nd year college
  • Above average verbal and written English communication skills
  • Skilled in computer navigation
  • Basic skill in troubleshooting computers or other electronic devices (hardware/software)
  • Familiarity with internet connectivity and networking
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Technical support experience is preferred but not required
