Requirements

For Local Students

  • copy of undergraduate or post-graduate Transcript of Records

For Transferees

  • transfer credentials or Honorable Dismissal

For Foreign Students

  • 2 sets of Official Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippines Embassy of Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. A “SEEN AND NOTED” stamp on transcript of records is not acceptable
  • 2 sets of notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of Adequate Financial Support to cover expenses for students’ accommodation and subsistence, school dues, and other incidental expenses (Bank Statement)
  • 2 sets of Recommendation Letters from the school Head of the Institution last attended
  • 2 sets of photocopy of Passport pages where name, photo and birthdate appear

Enrollment Procedure

1. All incoming students shall undergo interview with the Dean or his authorized representative.

2. Students who successfully passed the interview shall advised to take the GSEE. The University administers the GSEE for the purpose of determining the student’s IQ and proficiency in the use of the English language.

3. The student shall fill-up and submit duly signed application form.

 

Reminders:

In general, graduate student should have a GPA of no less than 2.5 or 80% in all the academic subjects from the undergraduate degree.

All incoming students shall secure letters of recommendation coming from the Dean or Professor from the Institution where they completed their undergraduate course indicating that the student is good standing.
