Procedures for Application and Enrolment

Requirements for Application

For Filipino students:

• Four (4) pieces 2x2 ID picture with name tag
• Original copy and two (2) photocopies of Report Card/Form 138
• Two (2) photocopies of NSO-certified birth certificate
• One (1) original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Original copy of Permanent Record/Form 137 (Request form for the document will be given during the entrance exam.)
• Short brown envelope
• PhP300 entrance examination fee

For foreign students:

• Four (4) pieces 2x2 ID picture with name tag
• Original copy and two (2) photocopies of Report Card
• Two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate/ Home Register
• Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Two (2) photocopies of Passport Information Page
• Special Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration
• Short brown envelope
• PhP300 entrance examination fee

Applicants must submit their complete requirements at the Guidance Office.

Enrollment Procedure

New Students:

1. Get the results of the Basic Education Department University Admission Test (BEDUAT) and submit the complete requirements for admission to the BED Guidance Office.
2. Report for the final interview on the date and schedule given. Look for the assigned interview officer at the location stated in the Interview Slip. Both the applicant and his/her parent or guardian will be interviewed.
3. If the applicant passes the interview, the applicant may now secure the Permit to Enroll at the BED Guidance Office.
4. Proceed to the BED Enrollment Section at the FRC Building and present the Permit to Enroll to get the Enrollment Form.
5. Accomplish the Enrollment Form and have it encoded by the BED Enrolment Representative.
6. Pay the PhP5,000 tuition downpayment or full payment at the Cashier’s Office, located on the ground floor of the CS Building.
7. Proceed to the ID Section and present the Enrollment Form for the ID photo shoot.
8. Return to the BED Enrolment Section. Submit the Enrolment Form and receipt of tuition payment to make the enrolment official.
9. Books and uniforms can be purchased at the University Store. Please check with the Store regarding the availability of books and uniform sizes. Students must have all books required and must wear their uniforms on the first day of classes.

Old Students:

1. Proceed to the BED Enrolment Section and submit previous grade or year’s Report Card.
2. Accomplish the Enrolment Form and have it encoded by the BED Enrolment Representative.
3. Pay the PhP5,000 tuition downpayment or full payment at the Cashier’s Office.
4. Return to the BED Enrollment Section. Submit the Enrolment Form and receipt of tuition payment to make the enrolment official.
5. If still needed, books and uniforms can be purchased at the University Store. Please check with the Store regarding the availability of books and uniform sizes. Students must have all books required and must wear their uniforms on the first day of classes.

Discount Privileges for Deserving Students

Adamson University gives discounts and benefits to outstanding students. Incoming high school freshmen who graduated with top honors (valedictorian) in elementary will receive free books and a 100% discount on tuition and other fees while those who graduated as salutatorian will receive free books and a 50% discount on tuition and other fees. This benefit is applicable upon presentation of Certificate of Merit. Selection of scholars will be based on the University’s scholarship policies.
