Requirements for Application

For Filipino Students

• 4 pieces of 2 x 2 ID picture with name
• original copy and 2 photocopies of Report Card
• 2 photocopies of birth certifcate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• short brown envelope
• P300 Entrance Examination Fee

For Foreign Students

Upon application for University Entrance Examination (UEE), student applicants shall be required to submit the following:

• 4 pieces of 2 x 2 ID picture with name
• original copy and 2 photocopies of Report Card
• 2 photocopies of birth certifcate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2 sets of Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Special Study Permit from Bureau of Immigration
• short brown envelope
• P300 Entrance Examination Fee

Reminders:

Student applicants must submit their complete requirements in a short brown envelope at the AdU-BED Guidance, Counseling, and Testing Services Center

Free books and 100% discount on tuition fee for Valedictorians

Free books and 50% discount on tuition fee for Salutatorians

Applicable only upon presentation of Certificate of Merit
