The results of the industrial engineering certification exam conducted by the Industrial Engineering Certification Board last November 20, 2011 have been released and five out of six Adamsonians passed the exam. Industrial engineering is the latest field of engineering to conduct certification exams after the other licensed engineering fields, and the exam is conducted by the IECB under the auspices of the Philippine Institute for Industrial Engineers.
Three Adamsonians made it to the top ten examinees with the highest scores. Engr. Jo Ann G. Caparanga got the third highest score of 77% while Engr. Trisha Mae C. De Leon got the fourth highest score of 76.25%. Engr. Dianne Angeline E. Reyes is the third Adamsonian to get into the top ten at seventh place with 74.75%. The other two Adamsonians to pass the exam were Engr. Rose Anne M. Dela Cruz and Engr. Mark Carlo C. Legaspi.
The exam was conducted at Melchor Hall in UP Diliman. The details of the oathtaking will be released later by the IECB.
