All permanent full-time and part-time employees are encouraged to join the University’s Annual Wellness Program from July 9-11, 2008. This yearly health check is facilitated by the Center for Health Services spearheaded by the center’s director Dr. Janice T. Ang.

Laboratory Tests—includes Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, Fasting Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Creatinine/BUN, SGPT, Uric Acid, ECG, and Chest X-ray—at ST Clinic

Pap Smear—for Females 30 years old and above—at CS Clinic

Eye Examination at SV Clinic
For those who wish to undergo the tests, fasting 12 hours prior to blood extraction is required. Those who will undertake Pap Smear exam will have to abstain from sexual contact 3 days prior to the examination. Also, those who’ll be expecting their menstruation during the examination are discouraged from taking the Pap Smear test.
