The Adamson community gathered once again as they prepared for the 71st Season of the UAAP. Organized by the Athletics Department, in partnership with the Adamson University Mass Communication Society (AUMACOMMS) officers and production team, the annual pep rally was held last June 30 at the ST Quadrangle.
Students, professors, employees, and administrators took a break from their academic activities and showed their support to the University. Students displayed awe-inspiring cooperation as they practiced the university chants and cheers. Aside from these, the players from different teams were introduced to the whole community and were given recognition for their efforts and hard work to win games. The University’s cheering squad also showcased portions and excerpts of their dance sports moves, giving the audience a sneak peek at the UAAP cheering competition.
The pep rally is just one of the various preparations of the University as it faces another challenging season in the UAAP. Adamsonians are expected to give full support to Adamson teams. Prima Angela Sarmiento
