From the College of Business Administration now comes Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, a new course offering designed for students interested in becoming future general managers, executive housekeepers, food and beverage managers, or front office managers of hotels, inns, restaurants, resorts, and the like.
According to Prof. Noli A. Lallen, chairperson of the Hospitality Management Department, this program aims to educate students on management and leadership skills while also attempting to produce graduates who are capable of appropriately applying theories and concepts concerning the hospitality and tourism industries.
The program was started this school year 2008- 2009. About 212 students are currently enrolled in the said course.
