Dr. Louie L. Lacatan, a permanent full-time faculty member of the University’s Computer Engineering (CpE) department, presented his research titled Success of Hybrid Method to an e-Community of Learners in Cyberspace during the Applied International Business Conference 2008 (AIBC2008) in Grand Dorsett Hotel, Labuan, Malaysia last Nov. 4-5, 2008.
Dr. Lacatan is currently a member/evaluator of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-Region 4-A (CALABARZON) for Engineering Education.
