The Human Resource Management and Development Office spearheaded a Supervisory Development Program last March 19-20, 2009 at the Cadinal Santos Audio-Visual Room participated in by co-academic supervisors and heads.
William Suarez III, a freelance training consultant, a content developer, and a veteran in training, organizational development, and human resources served as speaker of the seminar.
Learning objectives of the seminar were: to understand that exceptional and team leaders are essential to the success of any organization; discover how to make a smooth transition from worker to leader; know the tools and skills for building personal confidence in their leadership role in the workplace; provide effective feedback on performance; and learn the power of delegation and holding others accountable for outcomes.
