The Business Administration Department through its chairperson Dr. Carl Mark Miniano spearheaded the Students’ Research Forum hosted by Prof. Menrado Cajayon on February 10, 2009 at the OZ-AVR. This activity aimed to orient students about developing a culture of research and to preserve their own research studies.
The forum started with an opening prayer followed by the welcome remarks given by Professor Virginia L. Calabria, dean of the College of Business Administration. Three research papers were presented, namely, “Degree of Teamwork in the Finance Department of Schenker Phils. Inc.: An Input to Performance Improvement,” by Management students, “Business Plan of a School-Bus Service,” by Marketing students and “Viral Marketing Strategy of Sun Cellular Company: An Analysis,” by Banking and Finance students.
