Four youngsters spent their summer vacation dancing as they participated in the Cultural Arts Office’s (CAO) first ever Summer Dance Workshop, which culminated with a recital held at the Adamson University Art Gallery last May 21, 2009.
Nadene Mariel Muli, Eunice Trongco, Janella Ysobelle Dimapilis, and Deidra Nicole Erpelo showed off their recently developed skills by dancing the Cha-cha-cha, swing, samba, and modern dance during the recital. Mr. Reñato Añasco of the PE Department mentored the girls during the workshop, which began last April 14.
Prof. Ana Liza M. Ragos, Vice President for Administration, handed out the certificates of attendance to the girls after their performance. With this first outing, the CAO hopes to hold another, bigger workshop in the near future. Yael Esperat
