Miniature Jubilee Statues

The Jubilee Statue sculpted by Jun Vicaldo in 2007 that has now become an iconic installation in front of the SV building has multiplied into 75 clones, in miniature and resin, that is. University president Fr. Gregg L. Banaga, Jr., C.M., often at a loss as to what best institutional gift to give to special guests and to partner institutions and organizations, decided on having the Jubilee Statue reproduced in miniatures, ready to be given away whenever the need arises. Vicaldo himself made the small versions with the assistance of fellow sculptor Francis Apiles. Each piece (about 8”x3”x9”), signed and numbered for authenticity, is composed of two separate parts that can be arranged to face each other. A custom-made box is provided to hold each piece for easy transport. RDA
