The uncertainty brought forth by the global economic crisis only served as a booster for the more than 500 job-seeking individuals who trooped to the SV Hall for the Semestral Job Fair held last October 13 and 14, 2009.
The job fair was opened to students and alumni looking for full-time and part-time jobs as well as to other members of the Adamson community. Thirty-three companies came and opened their doors to jobseekers. Participants also got the chance to apply for their social security numbers as personnel from the Social Security Service came to process applications.
The job fair is an annual project of the Center for Guidance, Counseling, Testing, and Placement Services and is held twice a year, at the end of every semester. Yael Esperat
