The University believes that physical education, which finds its full expression in competitive sports, is an essential component of the students' holistic development. Hard work, sportsmanship, team spirit, and diligence in studies are some of the values instilled among the athletes. Equipment and facilities are available in support of this. An active member of the UAAP, the University has garnered championship trophies in basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball.

The softball team celebrates with Fr. Even Adamson University's international students are making a name for themselves in local sports. Johnny Leo, a BS Geology freshman, was recently given the Finals MVP award during the Head & Shoulders 7s League held by the Philippine Rugby Football Union (PRFU) at the Nomads Sports Club in Parañaque City last October 26.
