The University believes that physical education, which finds its full expression in competitive sports, is an essential component of the students' holistic development. Hard work, sportsmanship, team spirit, and diligence in studies are some of the values instilled among the athletes. Equipment and facilities are available in support of this. An active member of the UAAP, the University has garnered championship trophies in basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball.

  The Falcon Football Club, composed of Adamson University’s international students, garnered third place in the group stage at the first ever Nuvali Super 16 Football Cup held on March 31, 2012 at Nuvali City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. MANILA, Philippines—Adamson University pays tribute to athletes and coaches who brought honors to the school and country in a ceremony at 2 p.m. Monday at the Adamson Theater in Manila.
