About the Registar

The office of the University Registrar is under the supervision of the University registrar and is located at the ground floor of the Cardinal Santos building. It is open from Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with lunch break from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm. All employees are required to wear the AdU identification card at all times while in the office. The identification card must be visible particularly when dealing with students, parents, guardians and other authorized representatives of students and graduates.

Purpose

The Office of the University Registrar is an academic service unit that administers operations in the areas of enrollment, student records, graduation, government liaison and other related services.

Vision

Inspired by the vision and mission of the Academic Services Group, the Office of the University Registrar envisions itself to be the heart of the Adamsonian community in providing excellent services and integration of new technologies in records management.

As a Catalyst of social transformation, the Office of the University Registrar is committed to provide excellent customer service and quality records management, through combined efforts and professionalism, that will uphold the university’s vision.
