Rich or poor, Catholic or not, Filipino or foreigner, the University does not discriminate as a matter of admission policy. It however pursues the teaching of Catholic, Vincentian, and human values because these have universal relevance. Freshmen and transferees are oriented on the School's Vision-Mission, which becomes clearer as they internalize the five core values of Search for Excellence, Spirit of St. Vincent de Paul, Solidarity, Social Responsibility, and Sustained Integral Development.
